Experience your project live on site. Our project management team will visit you for a personal consultation at your location and assess the conditions directly on site. Together, we discuss your ideas, explore possible solutions, and provide an initial overview of the design, timeline, and estimated costs of your project — all non-binding and without any contractual commitment. This on-site consultation gives you practical, first-hand insight and the opportunity to consider the next steps at your own pace.

Stornierungsbedingungen
Eine Stornierung Ihrer Buchung oder Ihres Auftrags ist jederzeit möglich.Bei einer Stornierung bis einen Tag vor dem vereinbarten Termin erfolgt die Rückerstattung bereits geleisteter Zahlungen in voller Höhe. Bei einer stornierung am Tag des vereinbarten Termins ist eine Rückerstattung nicht mehr möglich.
Bitte informieren Sie uns über eine Stornierung schriftlich oder telefonisch. Die Frist beginnt mit dem Eingang Ihrer Mitteilung. Terminänderungen sind nach Absprache möglich. Bei kurzfristigen Änderungen am gleichen Tag behalten wir uns vor, die Stornierungsregelung anzuwenden.
Weitere Ansprüche über die Rückerstattung hinaus bestehen nicht, soweit gesetzlich nicht zwingend vorgeschrieben.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of bookings or orders may be made at any time.
If a cancellation is made no later than one day prior to the scheduled appointment, any payments already made will be refunded in full. Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. Cancellations must be communicated in writing or by telephone. The cancellation period begins at the time we receive the notice.
Appointment changes are possible by prior agreement. For short-notice changes made on the same day, we reserve the right to apply the cancellation policy.
No further claims beyond the refund of payments made shall exist, unless required by mandatory statutory law.
